The FCSS Corner newsletter came about upon request from our local senior residents. Who reported that they were not on social media and often felt left out and unaware of community happenings. In short, they wanted a monthly calendar of events and resources that they could access in a printed media format, and thus FCSS Corner was born. The newsletter provides monthly information to the public about social resources available to them locally, community events and Fairview FCSS programs. The newsletter is published monthly  in the Fairview Post, for those who may not be on social media. As well as the Fairview FCSS Facebook page, and is given out at the FCSS resource centre. This publication works to create a connected and engaged community.
